How I work, so none of it surprises you
I am a U.S. Army Veteran and a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator based in North Las Vegas. Most of my work is here in the valley, with buyers, veterans, business owners and investors, and the rest is spread across California, Colorado, Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, Florida and Virginia.
I will ask you more questions than you are expecting, because I cannot tell you what fits until I understand where you actually are. That is the whole method. A rate quote before that conversation is a guess with a decimal point on it.
I am also not going to pretend I can help everyone who lands on this page. Some situations I am genuinely not the right person for, and when that is the case I will say so, and tell you who is.
One more thing that matters to some of you and to nobody else: I speak German. If you would rather do this in German, we can do the whole thing in German, from the first call to the closing table.

What I work on most

- Self-employed and bank statement files, where tax returns hide what someone actually earns
- 1099 and tipped income, for servers, bartenders, dealers and stylists whose income is strong and messy on paper

Where I am licensed
- Nevada, California, Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee and Colorado. Nine states, and those are my own licences, not the brokerage's wider footprint.
- If your property is outside those nine, I will say so on the first call and point you somewhere useful rather than take the conversation anyway.
- Every licence number is listed on the licensing page, and both NMLS records are public at NMLS Consumer Access.
