See where your VA benefit actually stands.
Eight questions, about three minutes. No credit pull. No Social Security number. Nothing touches your credit.
What this checks
Four things.
- Your entitlement. How much of your VA benefit you still have to use, and whether anyone has actually confirmed that or simply assumed it.
- The funding fee. Most veterans pay a one-time fee on a VA loan. Some do not have to pay it at all. This works out which group you are likely in.
- Your timing. Whether what you have ready now lines up with when you want to buy.
- The answer you were already given. Whether it came from someone who read your file, or from someone who ticked a box.
What this is not
It is not an application. It is not a rate, a payment estimate, or a quote, and you will not find any of those here. Eight questions cannot produce a real number, and a made-up one is worse than none. It is not an approval or a denial. And it is not a credit check, so nothing here touches your credit file.
Why I built it
I am a U.S. Army Veteran and I run VA files constantly. The single most common thing I find is a veteran sitting in a loan he never needed, paying a fee he never owed, because nobody spent fifteen minutes explaining the benefit he earned. This takes three minutes and it tells you whether that is you.
